Pride Auto has never disappointed me in their work ethic, overall service performance, and technical & mechanical skills. I've brought my cars to them for 14 years and will continue to do so. It is a comfort to me that they have never given me any reason--cost of service, reliability, & dependability--to doubt the guys at Pride Auto in Parker. I never think of going any other place. And I appreciate this family-owned business is competition to the corporate franchisees that are rampant today.

Absolutely outstanding service and integrity. I brought my vehicle to Kearney Garage after having brake work done at another shop that just didn’t feel right. I suspected something was off, and the team at Kearney gave me peace of mind by confirming my suspicions, diagnosing the issue, and helping resolve it at no extra charge. They even went the extra mile and contacted the original shop directly to help ensure the mistake was corrected properly. What a great and honest company. I am from South Colorado Springs I had to drop my truck off due to shaking of the front end we couldn't pinpoint exactly what was going on but there was a lot of advice and being that my truck had so many aftermarket parts they suggested an aftermarket shop that would better suit my truck. I would definitely recommend this shop if you are looking for honesty and integrity. I will definitely be back to use the shop again. Thank you Chelsea.

I kept having a tire leak. They assessed it, determined I needed a new tire, & found one to match those I had just purchased within the past year. I don't drive very much so it was possible just to purchase one! Except when my "new" car was under warranty & I went to a dealership, I've depended on Kearney 100% to take care of my cars' needs. I am very grateful for their expertise and friendly service, every time! (adding more in June, 2025) It's always great to have Kearney, now Pride Auto Care, take care of my car. They fixed the broken gas door, did an oil change, & checked everything! I am grateful for their expertise!

Response to owner-I did have a positive experience, though. Nothing in life is perfect but what matters is you took my concern seriously, reached out to me, listened to me, had a sense of accountability and care and that’s what matters. Things will happen but how people deal with it is what’s important. My apologies for not allowing you the chance initially and reacting. I should have called you! Nowadays, most places are very unwilling to hear customers out and when they do they don’t usually care. But I appreciate that there are still businesses like yours who are not corporate thieves with AI responses. I received a call from the manager Bobby who was concerned about my review. He has offered to replace my bearings and profusely apologized. I have used the car for Uber and put a lot of miles on it as he explained things can change. I never change my reviews but I will say stress has done a lot lately and I stand by saying that these are genuinely caring and trustworthy people. I wish I had spoken to them prior to updating my review but I let financial stress overcome me. I’m glad they reached out to me. He also insisted to do the bearings because he wants to help me knowing I went through the fire tragedy . I can’t undo what’s done but my original gut feeling about this place being amazing was right. Update: while I still think the fact they’ll check your car out for problems same day is great, I’m so disappointed that I paid to have a pre-inspection while under the warranty as well as took my car in the other day after hearing a very loud droning noise and told I just needed to change my tires. I explained I thought it was the bearing but was told it’s just starting to make noise. I asked if he was sure and he said yes he uses special equipment. He said he’ll replace it “if I want”, though. He said he didn’t hear anything but road noise. I explained the noise just had started he said it’s a high mileage car it’ll do that. Few days later, noise is still happening another shop tells me both bearings in the back are shot. Front cv support bearing also needs replacing. $3,000 job that could have been handled while under warranty had it been noted on the pre-inspection. I recently lost everything in a fire with no personal insurance and am very short on money and this is upsetting knowing it could have been found during inspection but now I’m out of the warranty frame and stuck with a $3,000 bill! I really wish they would have taken me more seriously. I trusted them! I called ahead the other day about pricing and wow!- They were VERY reasonable and the price didn’t change when I got there. I did a walk in on a Saturday morning and these guys are SO nice and SO helpful! It’s like they appreciate you being there! It’s very clean and cozy too. They don’t try to push you or sell you anything and the service I had was not an expensive one so they could have really tried to charge me up, but instead, both men there were instead trying to help me figure out what I should do with the car I just got since it’s in the return time frame and said if I did get another car, to come back AND WAIT FOR IT————They will check it out at no cost! I’ve never seen a place like this! Clean, thorough, nice, caring, not pushy and super fast! They gave me print outs and reviewed and explained everything to me and didn’t lie and tell me things were emergencies or my car will die if I don’t spend thousands of dollars like just about every other car mechanic in the planet has done to me lol! Thank you guys! I would literally send my own son to you and found out today when I suggested your place he actually was there a few months back and raved to his wife about you all!!! A+ attitudes, quality, prices, cleanliness and service!
