All around experience very satisfying. A Uber provided after car drop off and after repairs completed. Communication with Pride was excellent and repairs done in a timely manner.

Such a great experience. They got us in the very next day, figured out the issue quickly, and had my car taken care of in no time during the busiest time of the season. Everyone was genuinely helpful and easy to talk to, and the pricing felt very fair. Really appreciated how well they took care of both me and my car. Highly recommend.

Went to Pride office to resolve an emission issue that caused the vehicle to fail. They were very knowledgeable and had solved the issue shortly after it was dropped off. They had state of the art diagnostic equipment paired with collective shop experience and knowledge. Was very impressed (and thankful). Highly recommend and plan to use them for all of our vehicles.

Everyone at the Broadway store are so nice and gives me facts if what my car needs. Prices are reasonable. Confident in their work

I brought in my recently purchased new car with squeaky brakes and Jenna and Alex were sooo kind. They reassured me everything was in tip top shape and safe to drive, made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area, and were open and honest about everything.
