That check engine light came on, and this time the codes were ugly! Not something I could even begin to tackle. Felt like the ground opened up beneath me. I asked around and did my research on the local shops and Pride kept coming up. I called in and spoke to Bobby and it was like talking to an old friend. ZERO push, TONS of exceptional advice. SUV was towed in that day and the mystery code was diagnosed that evening. Came time to settle up and they were INCREDIBLY reasonable. Beyond reasonable. I was a taken aback. I can name several other shops that would have charged for all sorts of the "extra" hidden fees. Absolutely no hidden fees at Pride! I have two more jobs I'd like done come spring - and there is no other shop on my map. Thanks Bobby! Thanks Pride!

Good customer service and quality repair

A piece of plastic under my bumper became detached and was dragging on the road. I stopped here to inquire about repairing it. These wonderful people put my car on the lift and removed the issue. And charged me nothing! I am a senior woman with noone to help with such things. I now have a NEW mechanic here in Longmont. Their kindness earned my business!

I kept having a tire leak. They assessed it, determined I needed a new tire, & found one to match those I had just purchased within the past year. I don't drive very much so it was possible just to purchase one! Except when my "new" car was under warranty & I went to a dealership, I've depended on Kearney 100% to take care of my cars' needs. I am very grateful for their expertise and friendly service, every time!

I just wanna say from my own experience. I have used Pride Auto repair shop for almost 2 years! I’m very pleased with the Customer Service and shop services!! Besides the fact, they’re in my neighborhood, I have gotten excellent service for oil changes alignment my headlights went out. They were able to fix that in a timely manner for me.! Plus, they gave me a ride home. They would’ve picked me up if I would’ve called them that’s how much they care for their customers. I appreciate having a neighborhood garage versus a dealership! Overall I had a very positive experience! They were able to get me in the same day and were able to diagnosis what was wrong with my car quickly. They even offered to get me a ride home if I didn't want to wait. Though the issue was larger than anticipated, and we weren't able to fix it the same day, they did take the time to trouble shoot until a plan could be made moving forward (the issue was not their fault and a manufacturing issue/back order issue). Everyone was very friendly and communicative while I was there and I appreciate all the help I received and recommendations to move forward.
