I recently dropped off my 203K mileage Nissan Xterra to Pride Auto Care to replace front brakes and fix a squishy brake pedal which I thought was just air. The front brakes were replaced at no parts charge since they were lifetime brakes. Brian called me about the bad news (after bleeding the brake lines) of a most likely need of a new master cylinder. He did warn me that there was a 1 in a 1000 chance that it might be the ABS system. After replacing the master cylinder, he called back with the news that I hit the 1 in a 1000 lottery! Unfortunately that is a very expensive part, but he found a perfectly good used one from a much lower mileage Xterra that met an unfortunate end. Not only did he find a more reasonably priced part, but he gifted me with a new master cylinder because of their missed diagnosis even though he warned me ahead of time. That is fantastic customer service above and beyond my expectations. I cannot highly recommend enough Brian and the outstanding staff and excellent work at Pride Auto Care! I will continue to trust them with my vehicles and spread the word of their great service to everyone I know and meet. Thank you Brian and Pride Auto Care! You guys are outstanding!

These guys are very upfront, clear, and honest. They turned around my jeep in no time, and she’s running great! Throughout the whole process they kept me updated and sent pictures of everything they found, in order of priority. I will 100% be back, honest mechanics are rare and the team at Pride Auto Care in Parker are IT!!!

We have been taking our cars and trucks to Pride for several years. They always accommodate our schedules and needs. They do not pressure us to do unwanted repairs, yet let us know of their concerns. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and treats us with kind respect. We have shared our great experiences and recommendations to others, as Pride is our only auto service.

First visit, was awesome! Fit me in right away. Entire staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Overall a fantastic experience! Shop was spotless too! Evident they really care about their clients and take pride in their work.

I did a pre-purchase vehicle inspection before buying a used car. They were able to get me in on short notice. Front desk staff/manager were extremely helpful and very friendly. Buying a car is stressful, so their positive attitudes and explanations of what the inspection report said were very much appreciated. They finished the inspection in the time they quoted me it would take. Would recommend this company!

Awesome a pre-purchase inspection…they e-mailed a detailed report with pics and videos and followed up with a call. It was all I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. Bottom line, Pride Auto was more responsive than others in the area (3-day wait for the MB dealer and other shops), their work and communication was top tier, and the price was better than others in the area by about $50.

This shop is great. I've been here several times with multiple vehicles and have nothing but great things to say about their honestly and willingness to help.
