I recently took my 2019 Chevy Tahoe to Prude Auto Parker for a brake repair. I had been experiencing some squealing and reduced stopping power. The mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem as worn brake pads and rotors. The service was excellent. They replaced the necessary parts with high-quality components, and the brakes are now working perfectly. The staff was friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain the repair process to me. The pricing was fair, and the work was completed on time. I was particularly impressed with their clear communication. They kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions. Pride Auto has become my go-to for car service. They are incredibly competent and efficient, courteous, and quick. But what I appreciate most is that they will never try to layer on more work you didn't ask for. They seek to understand the issue you're having, identify the problem, and repair it in a professional, high-quality way (without the price piling up with all sorts of extraneous issues like we encounter all-to-often elsewhere). They're the best!

We have a BMW X5 and they took wonderful car of our car. They did a full diagnostic for free before ever charging anything. Which we have been charges major fees just to take a look at the car. Once the problem was found, they swiftly fixed the car in no more than a day. Quick and easy, the process was stress free. Customer service was exceptional. They seem to really care about their customers, which I extremely appreciated. Thank you.

We have been looking for a repair shop that would do a full diagnostic of our vehicle and most places wouldn’t even call us back. When we called Pride Auto they were great from the beginning. They went above and beyond with one of the most comprehensive diagnostics we have had. After that they supported us in a mess up from a company who sold us the wrong parts, repaired our car in less the 24 hrs (it was not a small list of repairs), and kept us update along the way. Thank you for making our 19 year old car last awhile longer.
