Good knowlegable staff.

Great crew, Mr. Joel Bishop the GM has been a great help in getting my vehicle taken care of. He explains clearly what’s needed and why, and how much it’s going to cost. When things don’t go as well as they plan and the technician is battling with a stubborn part, Joel is very good with explaining what’s going on and trying to “comfort“ the customer during the unexpected delays. I know this first hand as I had to spend 10 hours in the waiting room today and I still believe they deserve the five star rating. Sometimes things don’t go the way we hope and too many people go out of their way to make others feel bad over it. Relax and roll with it!😎

Nice people who were up front after the diagnosis and found a very hard part for my cars suspension.

I recently took my 2019 Chevy Tahoe to Prude Auto Parker for a brake repair. I had been experiencing some squealing and reduced stopping power. The mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem as worn brake pads and rotors. The service was excellent. They replaced the necessary parts with high-quality components, and the brakes are now working perfectly. The staff was friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain the repair process to me. The pricing was fair, and the work was completed on time. I was particularly impressed with their clear communication. They kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions.
