Outstanding service on a 24 year old VW Camper. Front drivetrain was sounding awful. Pride diagnosed the issues, proposed a solution and cost. Final bill was spot on and the van drives smoothly and quietly.

I am not a resident of Colorado, but had to coordinate the repair of my daughters SUV from across the country. Not knowing anyone locally I chose Pride Auto Care of Littleton primarily due to the number of extremely positive Google reviews online. I can assure you, they are true! After having my daughter’s car towed into their location, I received a very informative text, to include pictures, on the results of their inspection. I then received a call from Service Advisor, Seth Rissmiller, who walked me through the next steps on clearing both an engine code and a transmission code. From start to finish Seth kept me totally informed and helped me navigate the many decisions that eventually led to the completion of the repair. He also kept my daughter’s financial limitations in mind as did his best to minimize her out of pocket costs. I highly recommend Pride Auto Care for your automotive maintenance needs. They are, without a doubt, one of the best automotive repair facilities I have ever used. And ask for Seth, he will take good care of you! From a very satisfied customer!

The front desk staff are very communicative, transparent, and helpful. The team did a great job taking care of my car and went above and beyond with buffing out some paint marks on my hood. Thank you Pride!

I noticed what appeared to be a fairly serious oil leak from my car that was getting worse very quickly, and made me concerned to drive my vehicle. After finding out the dealership was scheduled over a week out, I called up Pride, and they were able to get me in right away. They checked the leak for free, and were able to diagnose it and provide a very reasonable quote, and fix the problem in the same day. I also had them include an oil change, which was extremely reasonable as well. Along with the complimentary Lyft ride home, it was a very pleasant experience that quickly solved my issue. They took very good care of me, and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Thank you!

Excellent service! I came in wanting a pre inspection before purchasing a new truck, they were able to squeeze me in, give a fair rate, and get me out of there within 90 minutes. I highly recommend using these guys if youre looking for a reliable but affordable mechanic

I'm very pleased with Pride Auto Care. I brought my car here for a repair last summer, something to do with fuel injectors and coils. They were very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Last week, my car had engine trouble again. I brought the car in and they informed me the part they'd replaced last summer had failed, so they were replacing it at no charge for the part or labor. You can't do better than that! I'm certain some places would have hidden the cause and charged for the repair, because ... well, been there. Highly recommend!

Everyone I have worked with at Pride Auto Care has been very professional and they so often go above and beyond. They even saved me from buying a lemon of a car. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Pride is an honest run establishment with excellent customer service. They explained to me what was going on with my car in a way that I actually understood which made me feel safe to leave my car with them. I had received quotes from different auto shops, including the dealership, and I felt like Pride was the only place that clearly broke down for me what I was paying for. The complimentary Lyft back to my home was a really nice touch as my husband was working and I was able to get home safely. And they had the repair done in the same day! Just a great experience all around. Thank you, Pride!
