I brought my car in prepared for a big problem, Sean got me in and out right away. Was super honest and was no problem at all (a couple missing clips under the car). He was super professional, quick and honest. Will definitely make this my go to spot for our cars!

Highly recommend Pride Auto Care! I have been here several times, and most recently I needed my backup camera repaired. The dealership had quoted me around $1200 to replace it. The team at Pride was able to see that the camera was simply pushed up inside the car and only needed to be remounted, not replaced. The grand total was just over $100 - a vastly more affordable solution - and it was done quickly, within less than 2 hours of dropping off. I am grateful for the honesty, quality work, and friendly counter service. Thanks, Pride team!

I had an excellent experience with Pride Auto Care in Centennial today. I bought new-to-me Audi 4 weeks ago, and last night discovered a nail in one of its tires. I've never owned an Audi before and didn't know where to take it. Driving around looking for a place this morning, the oil light came on (I suspect this may have been due to the 100 degree temps today, but it needed to be checked.) I drove into Pride Auto without an appointment, and Sean Lippold was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I was afraid I was going to have to replace all four tires, because they are run-flats with a tpms system. But, he got the one tire repaired, checked the oil system and confirmed that it was fine, and topped off the oil. He arranged for complimentary Lyft rides to get me home and back to the shop, and got my car back to me the same day in time to pick up my son from camp. All told, I got out of there for $27.01, which I am very pleased with. That gives me confidence that this shop will find the least expensive way to solve problems, instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Sean's customer service was above and beyond. I am very pleased.

I was in a real pinch today and I walked into this shop explained my issue and within 10 mins I was back on the road. If I lived in Parker they would definately have my business. That level of knowledge and service is unheard of these days. Thank you so very much fellas!

Pride Automotive was professional, responsive and honest. We expected a large repair and Pride determined it was a simple issue with the battery connection. They fixed it and didn’t charge us. So thankful for their honesty and quick resolution.
