Brought my car in for a straightforward oil change and tire nail repair. Really friendly folks working in the shop and office, and they were super knowledgeable without making me feel silly for NOT knowing as much. Glad to have met them, because when I had an issue with a small repair I was handling myself, they let me swing by and provided the help and guidance I needed. Thanks!!

Great customer service! I didn't have an appointment, but I did have a screw in my tire. It was impacting my driving. They got me in right away and had me back on the road in about an hour. Additionally, the cost for the fix was extremely affordable.

Very quick on fixing my car

Jake and the guys at Pride have really been earning my trust over the past year. They've supported me with warranty jobs, honest diagnosing of problems, and beating competitors by a long shot on quotes and services. Not to mention they offer free Lyft rides when you need to leave a vehicle there. Keep up the great work!

Thanks to Seth and the team at Pride Auto. We had a medical emergency and vehicle problems while traveling. They quickly resolved my vehicle's misfiring problem without throwing a lot of parts at the problem. They also provided Lyfts to and from my motel. A very professional and empathetic group!

I had taken my car here a few days ago and was incredibly happy with the very helpful and friendly staff. Jimmy at the front desk helped me, he was very informative and explained everything I needed for my car very well. The facility was nice and had accommodations like coffee and water. I appreciated the very friendly environment; I definitely will take my car here again!:)
