Pride Auto has become my go-to for car service. They are incredibly competent and efficient, courteous, and quick. But what I appreciate most is that they will never try to layer on more work you didn't ask for. They seek to understand the issue you're having, identify the problem, and repair it in a professional, high-quality way (without the price piling up with all sorts of extraneous issues like we encounter all-to-often elsewhere). They're the best!

We have a BMW X5 and they took wonderful car of our car. They did a full diagnostic for free before ever charging anything. Which we have been charges major fees just to take a look at the car. Once the problem was found, they swiftly fixed the car in no more than a day. Quick and easy, the process was stress free. Customer service was exceptional. They seem to really care about their customers, which I extremely appreciated. Thank you.

We have been looking for a repair shop that would do a full diagnostic of our vehicle and most places wouldn’t even call us back. When we called Pride Auto they were great from the beginning. They went above and beyond with one of the most comprehensive diagnostics we have had. After that they supported us in a mess up from a company who sold us the wrong parts, repaired our car in less the 24 hrs (it was not a small list of repairs), and kept us update along the way. Thank you for making our 19 year old car last awhile longer.

Very responsive to my immediate neeed

Window broke (came off the slide/frame) and I pulled in close to closing. They were friendly and quick to look at situation and schedule me first thing next morning. When I left, my check engine light happened to come on. Upon dropping car off they provided Lyft to my work (and picked me back up). While at work they were quick and thorough to provide updates on the window as well as my Check Engine diagnosis. They also did an extensive inspection for other issues. My car was out of shop with window fixed and good idea of other things to fix within a few hours, and they didn’t charge me for the extra diagnosis. Very friendly, cost-effective.

I had a fantastic experience here! The location is super convenient, and the mechanic shop inside is really spacious, giving off a professional vibe. The waiting lounge was a nice surprise—so cozy and comfortable while I waited. I finally got my sun visor and third brake light replaced, and my car honestly feels like new again! The service was quick, which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend this place! Thanks to Josh, Bobby and Joel! The mechanic guy was super nice too!!!

I have only received an oil change so far but intend to use Pride Auto Care for all of my mechanical needs. They have given me confidence in knowing they stand by their name. More reviews yet to be made by me to inform you all about my experiences with them. So far they have me believing in their desire and abilities to do the best job they can do.

Couldn't ask for a more amazing and professional shop. The team at Pride Auto Parker are some of the most knowledgeable and service oriented professionals I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Thanks to them I still have a jeep still kicking at over 200K miles. I'm so grateful for all the work they do and if you're in the market for a great shop, you need to check them out.
