I rarely write reviews, but wow do they absolutely deserve one!! My car suddenly died in the middle of traffic yesterday and I panicked because it was a Friday night and typically local mechanics are closed on the weekends, but I found them on Google and had my car towed there. They did a full inspection today on top of all of the other work they had already planned and then called me to say everything looked good! I have never had a mechanic say that to me before, they are typically sending me lists of things to "consider fixing" or drop a bunch of money on for no good reason. If my car decides to die again that would be unfortunate, but now I'm relieved to know there's a good place to take it!

Accommodated me as a walk in for a flat tire fix. Super friendly guys, and they are a local shop that doesn’t ignore you like the larger stores, and appreciated their quick service. Thanks!

Have had multiple positive experiences at this place. They did extensive work on my Jeep and were extremely helpful in both providing the services and personal knowledge for myself regarding my vehicle. Happy to feel comfortable and valued at a local shop just down the road from me

Great honest upfront communication and knowledge about the work needed on our Kia at Pride Auto off Dry Creek. Jenna is an exceptional employee who went above and beyond to help me understand what was wrong with my car and answered every question or concerns I had. Kudos to the employees!!

i thought originally my passenger ball joint and control arm needed replaced but my entire front of my car needed redone. if it wasn’t 22 years old and badly needed work they would’ve gotten it done in a few hours, maybe at most two days. i got my car there on saturday and got it back wednesday. they were very understanding of my constant calling as i needed it to get to and from work, and made sure my car was safe and wouldn’t breakdown. out of all the shops i’ve taken my car to i really like this one

I was in a pinch, needed a tire plug, And Josh B helped me out! He also gave me a quote for new tires. The quote was only good for 90 days. I bought tires from them after the 90 days was up and they still honored the quote, and I also got a better brand of tires than what was on the quote due to their inventory being out of stock! This place has a great group of folks to help you with your automotive needs! Thanks again!!

They are concerned with maintaining a safe vehicle. They have fixed or repaired the item of the visit and suggest other items that need to be addressed in the future.

I have used Pride many times. I know I can trust them with great maintenance and advice. I had a tire that was damaged and had to be replaced. It was a touch match but they found one that would perform well with the existing tires.

I brought my Jeep in at 4 for a last minute oil change, was done at 4:30. Bobby and the guys knocked it. They'll shoot you straight and wont waste your time. They gave me a price that was only slightly more than if i did it myself, and i was able to spend time with my family instead of working in my car. These guys rock! I will be taking my jeep to them from now on. 138!

OMG these guys are top notch! Price is definitely fair and their mechanic got me in on an emergency and out in under 2 hours!

The customer service here was absolutely amazing. I was a walk in for brakes at 4pm, they close at 5. They were willing to stay late to help me out. They offered coffee, cookies, and turned on the fireplace. Where else do you get that kind of service.
