Jenna was great. Very thorough and pleasant to work with. Have confidence I'm getting good care without excessive maintenence recommendations or excessive costs.

They are always so nice and friendly and welcoming. I had a problem with an alternator that they didn't place since I started getting all my work done there recently, but they let me leave it there for several days and diagnosed it and helped me out with a battery to get home. I will continue to keep coming here for everything, not to mention if their hours weren't so great I don't think I'd have anyone to turn to on Saturday when I broke down. They also recommended me a tow company that was also professional and helpful. I have needed a lot of different work done on my van and I have not had any problems after THEY fixed my vehicle. So highly recommend Pride because they actually stand behind their name.

I've been taking my cars to Pride for years. They're the only shop I trust to be honest, and I have personally had them dig deep to warranty out parts and labor when possible, on stuff I didn't even know was still under warranty. They're a great group of guys and I recommend them to anyone.

Drop off went easily. I was called to let me know it was finished. Guys at the desk were communicative.
