The team was amazing! I went in for a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle I was looking to get. They actually showed me under the vehicle, fluids, windows, etc. it was nice to get a hands on experience and see the car for myself instead of them just saying it’s a great car or no it has issues. Definitely will be my go to from now on for service as well!

Just went here today! The team fit me in for a pre purchase inspection with almost no notice. What a support it was knowing what I was buying! I would highly recommend Laura and her team for evaluating a car before you make your purchase.

The customer service here was absolutely amazing. I was a walk in for brakes at 4pm, they close at 5. They were willing to stay late to help me out. They offered coffee, cookies, and turned on the fireplace. Where else do you get that kind of service.

OMG these guys are top notch! Price is definitely fair and their mechanic got me in on an emergency and out in under 2 hours!

Ended up with defective brakes pads and Pride was able to get new pads and get them installed at 4 pm on a Saturday so that I could drive home safely. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend

I brought my Jeep in at 4 for a last minute oil change, was done at 4:30. Bobby and the guys knocked it. They'll shoot you straight and wont waste your time. They gave me a price that was only slightly more than if i did it myself, and i was able to spend time with my family instead of working in my car. These guys rock! I will be taking my jeep to them from now on. 138!

Very patient with and thorough with an older person. Took time to time to explain and problem and then fixed the issues.

A bit on the pricier side, but they figured out my car issues unlike the Toyota Dealership, plus the customer service from Kyle was great.

Great staff! I came in and the power was out… they had someone go get a generator but the power came back on before they needed it. Very proactive staff, nice, friendly and honest. Had a great experience waiting for the service and it was done on time and at the quoted price.

Always great service and automobile expertise at Pride! Also very appreciative that an expanded diagnostic was all that was required to fix my car's issue, but there was no upsell or pushing of additional repairs.
