Fairly quick, friendly staff. Overall easy and painless

I was traveling from out of state and it was Friday afternoon. I was in a panic after having gone to 4 other mechanic shops and no one would get me in until Monday or Tuesday. Josh at the front desk said he would make sure I was taken care of before the weekend. He even paid for a rideshare for my wife as she was at the park with our kids. The vehicle was fixed in plenty of time before closing and I was able to drive home two days later.

Really great to work with, I had a lot on my plate today so I decided to take one of my vehicles in for fluid flushes instead of doing it . My car was scheduled last minute and got done on a Saturday. I do my own maintenance for the most part due to mechanic shops (last one I went to said I needed a carburetor cleaning for a fuel injected vehicle) which got me into doing my own maintenance, mechanics are “known” to some as people trying to up-sale people. BUT! I never got a call, never got a “you should do this” or “this needs replaced”. They got what actually needed done and in a quick fashion. Double checked the work (due to habit because the car is sentimental) and everything was done really great. Also very down to earth front desk associates. Would easily go back here if I ever needed something done.

We are very happy with their excellent service! A window on our truck suddenly would not come up. We were on a roadtrip so we needed to get this fixed asap. We called and Kelli told us we can come in right away to see what the issue is. Within a few hours they were able to fix the problem. Kelli was so nice and knowledgeable!

Recently, I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a vehicle. They finished the job in less time than estimated and Jenna was very nice as she updated me throughout the process. I am happy with the service I received. Thanks Pride Auto Care! Jay

I can't say enough good things about this place. They were more than helpful. I was looking for a truck to buy and kept taking vehicles to this mechanic shop for pre-purchase inspections and they truly went above and beyond. They showed me everything they found and explained what works and what doesn't. They gave me advice on things to look for, and told me how much would it cost to fix rusted over parts that I didn't see that would need to be replaced. Truly. You can't be in better hands.

Excellent service - beyond getting me in same day and done within a couple of hours for an oil change and tire issue, the staff was friendly, personal, and welcoming. They remembered my husband’s truck they had done work on and were kind to my children and dogs I had in tow, inviting us in to the waiting area out of the summer heat. It might not have even been a thought for them to do so, but those small moments of kindness and generosity of spirit mean so much and I won’t forget it. Highly recommend

Erin was a great first impression for your company. She was clear and offered many choices and did not seem to be rushed. Communication via phone calls and emails was excellent. Timing was wonderful. Both girls at the front desk were pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable. I couldn't pick my car up until the day after and was very happy to hear that you pull the cars into the garage for the night. Everything was explained to me with words I could understand! I felt very confident in the service I was given. I will definitely be using your services again and would confidently encourage friends and family to take their cars to you.
