Friendly and fast service, clear communication and very nice facilities. Did a complimentary inspection and did not try to upsell me. New in town and happy to find my go-to shop.

Helpful the whole time. Called me right away for any changes is estimated completion time. Had it ready first thing in the morning for pickup.

This rating is from 5 years ago, but it still stands, even between different vehicles! Always wonderful service, kind and informative staff, great pricing and very flexible. The staff at Pride is always nice to me, never demanding or rude, and consistently answers any and all questions I have about their services. I have never had a problem with Pride Auto Care and recommend them to anyone in need of car repair and maintenance.

I called in to get a quote for a torque converter install. Carl was able to get me a competitive quote quickly without having to come in. I took my car in the next day on Tuesday and though it was a big job, they were able to finish it before end of day on Friday in time for my appointment. Thank you very much!

First experience and super positive

They are absolutely amazing. I did my struts and I was in a tight spot financially and they helped me out with an alignment. So kind and helpful!

If you're tired of the typical inflated pricing that often comes with dealership service departments, Pride Auto Care is a refreshing change. They focus on transparency, and real customer care.
