On Nov 19th I had set an appointment online to drop off my vehicle for Nov 22nd, I was surprised that they actually got it in that soon because I was used to other shops I had gone to before being booked like, 2 weeks out. I was a little nervous because although they have a good rating, there are some mixed reviews, but they are close to my apartment and they had availability so I thought I'd give it a shot. My Jeep was making some awful noises for a while and other shops had seemed to think nothing was of concern, but the sound was getting worse and more consistent. Within a couple hours of dropping it off, I had emails from them with the results of their inspection and estimates. I was able to approve or deny the work through the links provided. It did throw me off that that's how they communicated all that, as I'm used to shops calling me, but I think it's nice to see a breakdown of everything. They had the work done by the following Monday and upon driving my Jeep home, everything seemed fine! They were also very nice and prompt with everything, I will most likely use their services again for any future repairs.

They truly care about their clients and take a lot of pride in their work. They helped us through a very difficult situation with noticing and fixing dangerous work done on our vehicle. They truly cared, including waiting 3 days to start on the car while I fought with the previous shop. They've redone the messed up work and repaired subsequent damage for what I paid for the original work. I literally owe my childs life to them! Great experience. Convienient location, called on a Tuesday to make an appointment for Friday at 2:30. Oil change, tire rotation and balance. I found a coupon in my valuepak. Courteous staff, professional, informative, respectful. my truck was ready earlier than promised. Awesome since I had to pick my boys up from school soon after.

We brought in our car last week to prep it for a 2100 mile drive. We had the steering fluid done and had the spark plugs replaced. The car not only was more smooth than it has ever been the whole drive, but it gave us the peace of mind that we were needing for such a long trip. We didn’t encounter any issues. It ran like a champ. The staff at the front was so down to earth and professional and communicative. The mechanics were the same and everyone was so nice. We really appreciate you taking us in so last minute and for your honesty and patience with us and our concerns. Thank you for getting us to Massachusetts safely.

Good honest folks here. I came in thinking i had a head gasket issue. They diagnosed it same day for a very reasonable price and told me it was a minor issue, not my head gasket. I’ll be coming back for more work in the future

The techs went out of their way to ensure I got the help I needed when having the most unique car problem I have ever experienced. They were honest about not being able to fix the problem but were able to point me to who could fix the problem and they then still honored the initial needs of my original maintenance request after I got the other issues solved.

I unfortunately needed a transmission replacement a while ago, but it was in and out of the shop in less than a week! My service advisor Josh S. provided me with multiple options in terms of new, used, and rebuilt transmissions to give me an idea of price. He helped me navigate the warranty options and the pros and cons of each option and eventually we found a solution. The work could not have been performed any better. My wife’s vehicle is in excellent shape and it couldn’t drive any better. Thanks Pride Auto Care!
