I recently took my 2019 Chevy Tahoe to Prude Auto Parker for a brake repair. I had been experiencing some squealing and reduced stopping power. The mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem as worn brake pads and rotors. The service was excellent. They replaced the necessary parts with high-quality components, and the brakes are now working perfectly. The staff was friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain the repair process to me. The pricing was fair, and the work was completed on time. I was particularly impressed with their clear communication. They kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Prude Auto Parker for any automotive repairs.

We have been looking for a repair shop that would do a full diagnostic of our vehicle and most places wouldn’t even call us back. When we called Pride Auto they were great from the beginning. They went above and beyond with one of the most comprehensive diagnostics we have had. After that they supported us in a mess up from a company who sold us the wrong parts, repaired our car in less the 24 hrs (it was not a small list of repairs), and kept us update along the way. Thank you for making our 19 year old car last awhile longer.

I had a fantastic experience here! The location is super convenient, and the mechanic shop inside is really spacious, giving off a professional vibe. The waiting lounge was a nice surprise—so cozy and comfortable while I waited. I finally got my sun visor and third brake light replaced, and my car honestly feels like new again! The service was quick, which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend this place! Thanks to Josh, Bobby and Joel! The mechanic guy was super nice too!!!

Couldn't ask for a more amazing and professional shop. The team at Pride Auto Parker are some of the most knowledgeable and service oriented professionals I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Thanks to them I still have a jeep still kicking at over 200K miles. I'm so grateful for all the work they do and if you're in the market for a great shop, you need to check them out.

I was able to get my truck in same day that I called. Professional, respectful and friendly staff. Knowledgeable, described my truck’s issues and provided options.

Great experience. Convienient location, called on a Tuesday to make an appointment for Friday at 2:30. Oil change, tire rotation and balance. I found a coupon in my valuepak. Courteous staff, professional, informative, respectful. my truck was ready earlier than promised. Awesome since I had to pick my boys up from school soon after.

That check engine light came on, and this time the codes were ugly! Not something I could even begin to tackle. Felt like the ground opened up beneath me. I asked around and did my research on the local shops and Pride kept coming up. I called in and spoke to Bobby and it was like talking to an old friend. ZERO push, TONS of exceptional advice. SUV was towed in that day and the mystery code was diagnosed that evening. Came time to settle up and they were INCREDIBLY reasonable. Beyond reasonable. I was a taken aback. I can name several other shops that would have charged for all sorts of the "extra" hidden fees. Absolutely no hidden fees at Pride! I have two more jobs I'd like done come spring - and there is no other shop on my map. Thanks Bobby! Thanks Pride!

I had a couple heat shield clamps break the day before Christmas Eve as I was driving right outside their shop. I stopped in and they took care of it super quick! Super friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

You never did the work as the car was too far gone but let us store it there for a week until we could arrange for it to be picked up by a salvage company. Thanks for be accommodating.
