This morning my car didn’t want to start at all and I had to get it jumped in order to get anywhere. I had Wal-Mart test the battery hoping it would be a simple fix but they said that my battery was fine (it was their Wal-Mart brand of battery) and that I should look into taking it to a Pep Boys location to have them test for the Alternator or the Starter. Nothing against Wal-Mart or Pep Boys but I don’t exactly trust that they can give good advice on something like that. So I reached out to Pride because I have done some business with them in the past and they are always incredibly helpful and informative. Being that it was a Friday afternoon I was frantically trying to figure this out before everyone was closed for the weekend. I called in and spoke to Tony who said that it definitely sounded like a bad battery and to just bring it in and they would take a better look for me. When I arrived they took my car back right away and started testing a few things to rule out any possibility of it being anything but the battery. Nothing else popped up so they recommended a new battery. Being that I didn’t want to pay $500+ for a starter or alternator, or anything else for that matter, I happily agreed to put in a new battery! They were fast, friendly, informative and I felt like I was genuinely respected and taken care of while I was there. Excellent service! Pride Auto Care explained everything to me throughout the process of having my car serviced. They were clear and upfront about which services could wait, how much everything would cost, and how long it would take. They went above and beyond to expedite the service because I had a deadline. Highly recommend!!!

My battery died! I charged it and drove to Pride afraid for my alternator. All is well! 1 new battery and 30 minutes later life continues on as if there had never been a problem. Thanks Pride Auto Care!

This was first establishment outside of KIA Dealership I've ever beenvto. The people are very nice here,but what I was impressed with the most, was that in 4 years of doing everything KIA DEALERSHIP RELATED ,Pride was the first automotive service that told me both my air filters needed replacing. Since replacing my engine air filter my gas milage has improved. From now on I will only go to Pride Automotive to have my vehicle serviced.

One of the best places in Parker to get your car serviced! Honest and friendly staff. Would recommend setting up an appointment if you decide to come here as they tend to get busy.

I am from TX and was visiting family in Parker. Had a couple concerns w my SUV and wanted it checked out before returning home. With July 4th this week I had only a 2-day window to get things checked out; however, Pride Auto Care was slammed with business. Nonetheless they worked me in, checked everything out, gave me great counsel and allayed my concerns - the entire staff was superb!

Pride has always done a great job with their repairs. Although they are more expensive they stand behind their work and have left me confident with the repairs they have done.

I had a flat tire that I urgently needed to be fixed. The night before, everything was already closed so I called Pride Auto first thing in the morning asking if there was any way that I could get in right away so I could still make most of my busy work day. They were professional, kind and on time!!! I was so incredibly grateful that my flat tire didn’t ruin a full day. I will absolutely go back. I highly recommend their services.
