I would highly recommend Pride Auto in Parker. They were very honest and reliable. They have streamlined the entire process of car repair. They email the report and photos of everything they recommend. I will never take my car anywhere else! Thank you Pride Auto!

The staff was super friendly and also very informative. They also sent pictures of the issues with our vehicle. They asked very specific questions about how to replicate the issues with our car, which gave me confidence that they understood what to look for. Fantastic experience!

The employees at Pride Auto Care were professional and provided good customer service. I went in to have my car’s transmission fluid changed, and while the price was a little high, I was able to apply an online coupon to lower the price. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and results. I will definitely be back.

Great service, honest appraisal.

Over heard a conversation about this place at a computer store. I am glad I followed their recommendation. I was treated with respect. Being a woman I was prepared to be defensive if needed. But there was no need. They took the time to explain things to me. I did not get the feeling they were trying to take advantage of me at all. When I came to get my vehicle they called me by my name. I did not expect that because it was my first time doing business with them. The gentleman got my keys wiped them down, wiped my car seat, and door handle. Then politely open car for me to get into it. The service was just AWESOME! My car runs great. Will go back to them and recommend them as well.

I probably broke my baby (my Jeep SRT8) by inadvertently overfilling refrigerant with an OTC can and a inaccurate guage. Ended up finding out my AC problem was a "Blend door actuator gear" which I fixed. Unfortunately, overfilling caused the combination transmission cooler and ac condenser to fail, starting to leak transmission fluid. Pride Auto confirmed my assessement, and had my baby fixed under half a day. They did a solid job at a fair price (under the estimate actually) very efficiently. (communication was solid as well BTW)

I have always had great service with Pride Auto Care in Parker. Honest shop. They've serviced at least 4 different vehicles of ours over the last ten years.

We have used Pride in Parker for over ten years on at least 6 different vehicles. They get it right every time! They are fast, reliable and only do work that is necessary. They once saved me over $300 on a repair vs. another shop in town. They are also some of the nicest people We've ever worked with. You will not be disappointed.

This was the first time I have used this shop and they truly impressed me. They got me in quick on an urgent repair, they fixed my truck quickly and the price was right. Actually I had a Dodge Charger rental and was a bit disappointed that they were done so quickly. Their communication was great and I am confident that they were completely honest with my best interest in mind. I will definitely use these guys again.

I would highly recommend Pride Automotive for diesel repair and maintenance. Tony made the whole process seamless by keeping me in the loop and not pressuring unneeded services. The care they took with my Ram 2500 was second to none. I will be coming back for my future needs.

I started going to Pride Auto over off County Line 12 years ago. We moved to Parker 5 years ago and I now bring my cars here every time I need something. They're so honest and won't charge you if something isn't wrong! The work they perform is solid and they always guarantee their work. It's so hard to find a good auto shop you can trust. I have been bringing in my car to Pride Auto Care since 2003, which should say it all. Recently I brought my car in for routine maintenance and to check for any other issues. Though there has been many changes in how they process their care of your vehicle they have never lost the personal touch to the customer. I loved the new system of sending a text of what they suggested being done and all you had to do was approve online what you wanted them to do. Very fast and efficient! I have been to both the Dry Creek and PARKER locations and everyone treats you like a valued customer. Thank you! Janice Docter

I haven't even had my truck repaired yet, but as I'm sitting in the lobby in absolutely in awe of the honest character each and every one of the employees has. I've seen nothing but genuine concern for each customers needs, I've not seen any unnecessary upsale of services or exaggerated symptoms. The sales associate helping me, Tony is a gentleman with a character of gold and very interested in what's best for my auto care needs! I can't recommend anyone above Prides Auto Care! Thank you
