Awesome customer service, honest prices, very friendly!

First Class outfit.

Being first time diesel owners we had alot of questions about our Super Duty truck and winter conditions. The staff here were happy to answer all of our questions. We had a great experience and are grateful to have a place we can trust to service our vehicles, THANK YOU!

The car I bought less than 90 days before had a serious breakdown and I was barely able to get it to the garage. The gentlemen at Pride Auto Care fixed the car up and offered to speak to the dealership on my behalf about getting them to take responsibility for the repairs. This was really above and beyond and I am so grateful and will be glad to recommend this business.

I have gone to Pride for years for my personal vehicles and company vehicles. Just recently I went a local tire distributor to get new tires on my vehicle. Pride Auto in Parker had put my previous set of tires on about 2-3 years. While this other tire shop was changing out my tires, one of the 'locking' tire lugs on one of my tires had seized and the socket key that came equipped with my car stripped in the middle of the tire change. The tire distributor that bought my tires from could not extract the locking lug off the tire. I called Pride Auto in Parker since they had changed out my tires previously. Of course that company pointed the finger at ones who previously changed out tires (Pride) for 'possibly' over torqueing my locking lug. I know for a fact that Pride is very professional and provides honest and quality work. When I called and spoke to Vince and Lehland at the Parker store, they told me to come right over and they would see what they could do. Pride had no problem taking on the difficult task of removing the seized lug. The task was quite invasive to extract the lug with an air hammer which scratched up the rim. Nonetheless, Pride and their team of mechanics got the job done quickly, returned the car back to the place where the new tires were being installed, and replaced my rim at no cost. That folks, is absolutely the BEST service and that is why I will continue to bring my business and referrals to Pride Auto Care. Thank you Vince and Lehland! You guys and your team are the best. Pride has taken care of all of our cars! Their prices are fair, their customer service is beyond. We will never go anywhere else.

I had interactions with 5 different people at this location and they were all very friendly, professional and courteous. They were able to help me the same day I called. I dropped it off just before closing and they had diagnosed it by 0730 the next day. I have always gone to the dealer but they have been very backed up the last few times. I will be using this company from now on. Very pleasantly surprised!

Been taking my vehicle and my daughter's vehicle here for a few years now. Had an issue with my truck after some off road'n. They quickly identified and fixed the issue same day. As others have stated, they aren't the cheapest around but you know you'll get an honest answer, not going to try and upsell a bunch of marginal items you may or may not need, and they'll get the job done when they say it will be done. Definitely a breath of fresh air in an industry that's not always on the up and up.

Called ahead to have my F150 towed in. They have an online status page that was really so nice. I could access from my desk instead of the constant game of phone tag.

Pride Auto Care was recommended to me by a neighbor when we spotted an oil stain in the driveway. I kind of put off going becuase going in to most shops is an extremely anxiety producing trip for me. Ive had one to many experiences with super pushy shops who would try to upsell me like crazy and push uneeded expensive repairs on me every time I came in for an oil change. Anyway I finally just couldn't put it off anymore. Well luckily it turns out the hesitation was completely unnecessary. I had nothing but a great experience with Pride Auto Care. They did a great job looking over my truck top to bottom and of course there were a couple issues but they were not pushy at all about it. It was more of a "Hey just so you know these are some things we found" all backed up with pictures. I will only be taking my truck here from now on and its nice to know I don't have to dread bringing it in for general maintenance for fear of feeling pushed around. Also as a plus the repair they did do was super fast, the waiting room even though I didn't use it for fear of my toddler screaming the walls down, looked super clean and cozy, and every one of the staff was super nice and attentive. Special shout out to Nick, thanks for being awesome and taking so much time to explain everything. I will be recommending Pride to all my friends .

I can see why this place is recommended so much. Nick is amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. They'll give it to you straight, keep you in the loop at every step and are very professional. This is the first time I've taken my vehicle to a shop in years and these guys are the best. I can't say enough to express how great these guys are.

Fantastic everytime. Recently, I told them I was on a time crunch. I said I had 90 minutes, they did everything in 45. Unbelievable customer service, and always super nice.

These guys are fantastic, and I will always trust them with my cars when bringing them in. It seems like I am a repeat customer with my Jeep (my fault usually...it's a jeep :) ) and absolutely every time I need their services they have been more than cordial and professional, and done a wonderful job on my Jeep. One of my first experiences with Pride was to remedy a horrendous death wobble and alignment issue (if you have a Jeep, you know this one) that these guys assessed and fixed in under a day and had me back on the road. Well, that wobble came back quickly and I called them right away and they mentioned a recall that had popped up just after the fix on the steering dampener that they replaced right away and at no cost to me. Now my Jeep is in their hands again working through a much bigger problem with engine oil severely leaking and working through getting the car to their shop with Matt and subsequently working through the fix process with Nick has been fantastic. While I may be a "bad student" in that my Jeep seems to always be in detention, these guys at Pride always take care of it and are just fantastic to work with. Would recommend anyone to this shop with any vehicle
