I would like to say being newer to Parker I used Google like many to decide on a business to repair my 2006 Scion XA (Commuter Car). I came across Pride Auto Care based on their reviews and being a family owned business who is also supportive of military it really stuck out to me. I can honestly say I have never been treated so well at an auto repair shop from beginning to end all the guys were welcoming and transparent step by step. There was no pressure to replace anything nor hard sales trying to be made. Nick was awesome from start to finish providing great communication on my vehicle through the few days I had in it in the shop and working with me through the end. The best part was pictures were provided and detailed descriptions of the repairs, that meant no surprises later. I can definitely say I will be back for future repairs and services and I would recommend to any family, friends or neighbors to give Price Auto Care a chance and it will be your first and last repair shop you'll need through the life of your vehicle.

Pride Auto Care in Parker is the best — 10/10 recommend! Everyone there is always super friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. They are prompt, above-and-beyond accommodating, trustworthy and thorough, and the variety of services they offer come at reasonable, fair prices with photo documentation and explanations. Initially, I came to this shop for routine maintenance on my Jeep Renegade because it’s located close to home, but after multiple outstanding experiences, they have my ongoing customer loyalty and stamp of approval regardless of where I live in the Denver metro. They always take great care of me and even have treats and a water bowl for my canine sidekick to enjoy, too! I can’t say enough awesome things about these guys — go see for yourself & then kiss your auto woes goodbye! 😄

The car I bought less than 90 days before had a serious breakdown and I was barely able to get it to the garage. The gentlemen at Pride Auto Care fixed the car up and offered to speak to the dealership on my behalf about getting them to take responsibility for the repairs. This was really above and beyond and I am so grateful and will be glad to recommend this business.

I have gone to Pride for years for my personal vehicles and company vehicles. Just recently I went a local tire distributor to get new tires on my vehicle. Pride Auto in Parker had put my previous set of tires on about 2-3 years. While this other tire shop was changing out my tires, one of the 'locking' tire lugs on one of my tires had seized and the socket key that came equipped with my car stripped in the middle of the tire change. The tire distributor that bought my tires from could not extract the locking lug off the tire. I called Pride Auto in Parker since they had changed out my tires previously. Of course that company pointed the finger at ones who previously changed out tires (Pride) for 'possibly' over torqueing my locking lug. I know for a fact that Pride is very professional and provides honest and quality work. When I called and spoke to Vince and Lehland at the Parker store, they told me to come right over and they would see what they could do. Pride had no problem taking on the difficult task of removing the seized lug. The task was quite invasive to extract the lug with an air hammer which scratched up the rim. Nonetheless, Pride and their team of mechanics got the job done quickly, returned the car back to the place where the new tires were being installed, and replaced my rim at no cost. That folks, is absolutely the BEST service and that is why I will continue to bring my business and referrals to Pride Auto Care. Thank you Vince and Lehland! You guys and your team are the best. Pride has taken care of all of our cars! Their prices are fair, their customer service is beyond. We will never go anywhere else.

I had interactions with 5 different people at this location and they were all very friendly, professional and courteous. They were able to help me the same day I called. I dropped it off just before closing and they had diagnosed it by 0730 the next day. I have always gone to the dealer but they have been very backed up the last few times. I will be using this company from now on. Very pleasantly surprised!

Been taking my vehicle and my daughter's vehicle here for a few years now. Had an issue with my truck after some off road'n. They quickly identified and fixed the issue same day. As others have stated, they aren't the cheapest around but you know you'll get an honest answer, not going to try and upsell a bunch of marginal items you may or may not need, and they'll get the job done when they say it will be done. Definitely a breath of fresh air in an industry that's not always on the up and up.

Called ahead to have my F150 towed in. They have an online status page that was really so nice. I could access from my desk instead of the constant game of phone tag.
