Great communication! In person, emails, texts- all with photos and easy to follow directions so I could make decisions at work without interruptions. Very honest and helping with 200k services to help me extend my older car life that I need for commuting so I don’t need a new car payment. Ive been going to Pride auto care in Parker for years! The staff are always exceptionally accomodating. Very happy with the service

Made 10am. Appointment and they started working on my suv almost immediately after check-in. Decided to wait for repairs in lobby Very comfortable with bottled water and coffee. Repairs done in estimated time of 1 hour. No up selling like I've gotten at other repair places. Ie. 30.00 oil change ends up costing 1,000.00 I will return to Pride Auto in the future. Believe I got a fair deal.
