I am happy with the service I received at Pride. They were able to get me in much more quickly than the other place I take my Honda. The prices were a little higher than others, but they warranty the parts AND labor. So, when my alternator and battery failed less than a year after having them replaced, Pride took care of it.... Quickly and completely free.

Courteous, convenient, timely, professional

Although I couldn't use their services due to my vehicles need to see a dealer for specific servicing , they were absolutely wondererful! They were very courteous and professional and made sure to let me know all went well with the tow service from their shop. I heard about them from a friend and I've taken my 2 cars to them and they're always, honest and helpful--highly recomnend!! Andrea

They took amazing care of my son when he needed to get his car fixed. They explained everything clearly and broke down the price per category. I highly recommend them to anyone for car service!

I love when people work hard, take pride in what they do, have clear integrity, and are respectful of other's time, energy, and money. The employees at Pride Auto Care have always treated me with the utmost respect. Some examples are, lending me a vehicle to commute with for a few days while my car was in the shop at no extra cost, fixing an issue with my automatic window for free because it was still under warranty, and just being all around polite and welcoming in person and over the phone. They didn't have to lend me a vehicle. They didn't have to tell me that the parts for my window were still under warranty. They don't have to be nice to me. I think they do it because they have experienced the benefits of approaching customers with a good attitude and take pride in the way they treat people and their big four-wheeled suits of armor.

We’ve taken our vehicles exclusively to Pride for almost 15 years now. They are fast, honest and willing to take the time to explain any concerns they see or suggestions made. Then it’s up to me if I want to have any items completed. Fast and Fair is what I’m concerned about and they always deliver on both fronts!

They were great. Very transparent and easy to deal with. I walked in with a serious issue and left with what felt like a different car that ran smooth.

Very honest with me

Great communication! In person, emails, texts- all with photos and easy to follow directions so I could make decisions at work without interruptions. Very honest and helping with 200k services to help me extend my older car life that I need for commuting so I don’t need a new car payment. Love their professional and friendly service- keeping me safe on the road with preventative maintenance!

Ive been going to Pride auto care in Parker for years! The staff are always exceptionally accomodating. The mechanics do a thorough job of the highest standard and will make sure youre repair is sound and your vehicle is safe to drive. Special shout out to Nick G. For always patiently explaining in detail every issue my car is experience and what the fix is. You will not leave frustrated or dissapointed in the work and care you and your car recieve from Pride Auto. If you want a mechanic team you can trust, this is your place! Thanks again guys!
