This shop is the best! Our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a faulty thermostat. Chrysler currently has a recall on these thermostats and there are thousands on back order. They installed an after market, knowing it might not work, and it only lasted a few weeks before it started having problems. Since we can't get a Chrysler thermostat, the technician opened up the thermostat so it is always cooling the engine while we wait for the new thermostat to come in. This fixed our issue and it was at no charge to us. This team is awesome and we've been bringing our cars here for many years now.

I have used Pride Auto for many years. I get accurate estimates for cost and time of repair. I did ask about one problem in my car today and the front desk man didn't know what to say, which is fine, but he didn't ask anyone else either.

Amazing customer service, highly recommended

Had an issue with my brakes but couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They got my car in, found the problem quickly, and got it back to me the same day. Haven’t had a problem since. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Best experience ever at an auto shop. They were very knowledgeable, professional , courteous, once they received my Jeep did diagnosis quickly but thoroughly and gave me full explanation of what needed to be done , the cost and timeframe. Ryan was the mechanic and kept me informed and even went above by test driving extra miles to ensure all systems working well. And their prices for all the work done was very fair. Highly recommend !!!!

The folks at Pride Auto are the best. Friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They're the whole package! We have worked with these folks for more than 8 years. They've done everything from routine oil changes to an entire engine change. We can always count on the professionalism of their work and the friendliness of their staff.

My husband, mom and I have been taking our vehicles to Pride for over 5 years. They have never steered us wrong. We've had major repairs done, oil changes, times that they've let us know what was urgent vs what could wait because they knew money was a concern, and times they've checked multiple things to ease my mind and not charged me a dime when everything checked out. We deal with Phil a lot. He seems to really know his stuff, while also being efficient and great with customer service. He remembers us and usually makes us laugh. I hesitated to leave a review because I don't want them to get too busy, lol.

There are several things, in addition to excellent and reliable repairs, that Pride Auto Care provides that I think are noteworthy: - a reminder of your appointment date - a post-service e-mail--making it easy to store--that provides --- a comprehensive breakdown of the services that were performed along with a detailed cost breakdown of each service --- pictures of the results of the performed safety checks

I took my truck in after I started getting a bunch of codes related to servicing various sensors and my trailer brake. Phil at the front desk has always taken great care of me. They cleared the codes, drove my truck and everything seemed to be fine. They didn’t charge me anything except for my oil change. It’s hard to find a honest shop you can trust but my experience here is these guys do good quality work & are honest. I would definitely recommend Pride is your having issues with your vehicle.

This auto repair shop is always so amazing. As a woman they treat me kindly and with respect. They always show pictures and give detailed descriptions of any issues they see if any at all. The guys up front are always so so so nice and accommodating. I will come here everytime because they are just so great. 🩷

This place is Awesome! Carmax recommend this place to fix my transmission on my 2017 Suburban. Took them a week to order the part and repair my transmission. I’m glad I had extended warranty with Carmax.
