I've dropped my vehicle off multiple times with these folks. They're polite, proficient and very communicative. They always under promise and over deliver on time frames. Very happy to have them so close.

Communication is always key. Pride Auto epitomizes the word. Not only do they do a fantastic job, but they communicated with me every step of the way. My only regret is that I didn't take my other German vehicle there as well. Highly Recommended!

I've never had a better experience at an auto shop. They take the time to explain everything and break down options for you. The shop does the right thing, period, and I've been relieved when the cost isn't astronomical for some of the major stuff I've had to go through. I've completely stopped going to other shops for regular oil changes or maintenance - if it has anything to do with auto maintenance, I go to Pride. They even helped me with talking through my next used car purchase and what to look for in a (new to me) used vehicle.
