Very quick on fixing my car

I had taken my car here a few days ago and was incredibly happy with the very helpful and friendly staff. Jimmy at the front desk helped me, he was very informative and explained everything I needed for my car very well. The facility was nice and had accommodations like coffee and water. I appreciated the very friendly environment; I definitely will take my car here again!:)

Walked in for an oil change and they were able to get me in right away. Provided quality work in a timely manner. Jimmy was very professional and willing to explain everything, from what exactly they were doing to pricing and payment. Highly recommend for fast service done right!

I brought my 4-runner in for general maintenance care. After talking thoroughly with Bobby, he suggested a couple of pre-maintenace things to do to keep it up and running for years to come. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. I won't take my cars anywhere else. Kuddos. Y'all are doing everything right.

I was in a real pinch today and I walked into this shop explained my issue and within 10 mins I was back on the road. If I lived in Parker they would definately have my business. That level of knowledge and service is unheard of these days. Thank you so very much fellas!

Always friendly, quick service

On time, on budget and no haggling or up selling, bill was well over a thousand dollars but I felt the investment for a reliable vehicle was well worth the investment

Pride Automotive was professional, responsive and honest. We expected a large repair and Pride determined it was a simple issue with the battery connection. They fixed it and didn’t charge us. So thankful for their honesty and quick resolution.

Had to wait, but service went quickly and I was out in no time. Atmosphere is relaxed with no high pressure additional service pitch. It is close and convenient. Employees are very kind and friendly.

Was told I needed an alignment by AutoNation during a routine oil change. Spoke to Bobby and provided the paperwork from AutoNation. Bobby explained that I didn't need an alignment immediately that it could wait. I still went through with the alignment. I bring my vehicles to Pride because you have always been honest on whether a repair is needed.

After moving to Parker a few months ago, we were looking for a place to bring in my car for new brakes. Pride Auto Care was recommended by several neighbors and did not disappoint. They were quick to get me in, good pricing and quick service time. Definitely will return when needed.
