Pride Automotive was professional, responsive and honest. We expected a large repair and Pride determined it was a simple issue with the battery connection. They fixed it and didn’t charge us. So thankful for their honesty and quick resolution.

Had to wait, but service went quickly and I was out in no time. Atmosphere is relaxed with no high pressure additional service pitch. It is close and convenient. Employees are very kind and friendly.

Was told I needed an alignment by AutoNation during a routine oil change. Spoke to Bobby and provided the paperwork from AutoNation. Bobby explained that I didn't need an alignment immediately that it could wait. I still went through with the alignment. I bring my vehicles to Pride because you have always been honest on whether a repair is needed.

I really like how they keep up updated on diagnosis and suggested repairs. They also honor the coupons that they send to customer via mail!!

I’ve been a customer for years and they’ve done everything from repairs after an accident to regular maintenance for me. This time my daughter’s car had warning lights on the dash. All were resolved quickly and because nothing was “wrong” that couldn’t be resolved by resetting some codes I wasn’t charged. They gave the car a once over for me as a courtesy and found nothing needing attention. Good peace of mind to have it looked at by an expert. Honest and ethical. Jenna and Jimmy were both fantastic!
