We have a BMW X5 and they took wonderful car of our car. They did a full diagnostic for free before ever charging anything. Which we have been charges major fees just to take a look at the car. Once the problem was found, they swiftly fixed the car in no more than a day. Quick and easy, the process was stress free. Customer service was exceptional. They seem to really care about their customers, which I extremely appreciated. Thank you.

I have only received an oil change so far but intend to use Pride Auto Care for all of my mechanical needs. They have given me confidence in knowing they stand by their name. More reviews yet to be made by me to inform you all about my experiences with them. So far they have me believing in their desire and abilities to do the best job they can do.

Awesome experience

A piece of plastic under my bumper became detached and was dragging on the road. I stopped here to inquire about repairing it. These wonderful people put my car on the lift and removed the issue. And charged me nothing! I am a senior woman with noone to help with such things. I now have a NEW mechanic here in Longmont. Their kindness earned my business!

Overall I had a very positive experience! They were able to get me in the same day and were able to diagnosis what was wrong with my car quickly. They even offered to get me a ride home if I didn't want to wait. Though the issue was larger than anticipated, and we weren't able to fix it the same day, they did take the time to trouble shoot until a plan could be made moving forward (the issue was not their fault and a manufacturing issue/back order issue). Everyone was very friendly and communicative while I was there and I appreciate all the help I received and recommendations to move forward.

Oil change, engine feels smooth.

Pride Auto Care did an exceptional job fixing many significant issues with my 2003 Lexus LS430. The staff was very accommodating and communitive. The manager, Joel did excellent going over the current issues and potential future concerns. Tullia kept me informed daily on issues and the repair status. I've owned this car since 2003 and it has sentimental value to me. I've taught my five kids how to drive on this vehicle and can't part with it. I love this car as much as my dog. Alan

The service advisor and shop manager were very helpful, friendly and worked my vehicle in for repairs on the same day that I brought it in, without an appointment.

Good service. I was a walk-in, & they took care of my car quickly.

I had a great experience at Pride Auto Care. They told me exactly what I needed. The rates seemed competitive. More important to me was the quality of service. From the person who greeted me to the mechanic to the manager, they were all outstanding at the Longmont location. I highly recommend for anyone reading this to bring your car for service and repair to Pride Auto Care in Longmont.
