The service was quick and the technician was friendly and professional. In and out in an hour to get my AC charged.

I took my truck in for a new Fuel Pump. They confirmed it within 24 hours and had my truck back the next 24 hours later. I contested an item on the bill and it was resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks for being responsive and getting me on the road quickly.

I highly recommend Pride Auto Care due to receiving exemplary services. They worked on my 2002 Chevy S-10 truck for three weeks and it now runs like a new truck. Lots of dedication and determination to finding the cause of a stalling issue, correcting some leaks, and numerous other fixes. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle for repairs or some TLC. Joel, Alex, and everyone at Pride Auto will not let you down.

I had a last minute request for a vehicle inspection on a vehicle I was looking at purchasing. They were nice enough to squeeze me in and accommodate my request. All the staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

i thought originally my passenger ball joint and control arm needed replaced but my entire front of my car needed redone. if it wasn’t 22 years old and badly needed work they would’ve gotten it done in a few hours, maybe at most two days. i got my car there on saturday and got it back wednesday. they were very understanding of my constant calling as i needed it to get to and from work, and made sure my car was safe and wouldn’t breakdown. out of all the shops i’ve taken my car to i really like this one

OMG these guys are top notch! Price is definitely fair and their mechanic got me in on an emergency and out in under 2 hours!

Great staff! I came in and the power was out… they had someone go get a generator but the power came back on before they needed it. Very proactive staff, nice, friendly and honest. Had a great experience waiting for the service and it was done on time and at the quoted price.

We have a BMW X5 and they took wonderful car of our car. They did a full diagnostic for free before ever charging anything. Which we have been charges major fees just to take a look at the car. Once the problem was found, they swiftly fixed the car in no more than a day. Quick and easy, the process was stress free. Customer service was exceptional. They seem to really care about their customers, which I extremely appreciated. Thank you.

Awesome experience

A piece of plastic under my bumper became detached and was dragging on the road. I stopped here to inquire about repairing it. These wonderful people put my car on the lift and removed the issue. And charged me nothing! I am a senior woman with noone to help with such things. I now have a NEW mechanic here in Longmont. Their kindness earned my business!

Overall I had a very positive experience! They were able to get me in the same day and were able to diagnosis what was wrong with my car quickly. They even offered to get me a ride home if I didn't want to wait. Though the issue was larger than anticipated, and we weren't able to fix it the same day, they did take the time to trouble shoot until a plan could be made moving forward (the issue was not their fault and a manufacturing issue/back order issue). Everyone was very friendly and communicative while I was there and I appreciate all the help I received and recommendations to move forward.
