Yous.....yous guys. Yall vibrate on a different frequency and I need you to know as a business, I'm thankful to have yall in my community. I came to yall with what I didn't realize was a whopper of a bs tire/rim problem. Not once did yall give up on us when you very easily could have. Thank you for educating us every step of the way, for guiding us through the stress, and joking with us through the whole thing. You have earned our trust and our business from now on. Thank you for everything, truly. This Service Street has thier stuff together. We came to them with what turned out to be the most frustrating and stubborn tire issue on an escalade and they never gave up on us. They not ony took care of several other past due services needed but they took the time t educate and sympathize while giving us the best level of care. We will only use this location moving forward and are happy to call them fam now!

They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle. Unfortunately it needed multiple repairs despite the same repair being Done a couple years prior at another repair shop. They put in the proper parts, they communicated clearly about the entire process and cost! The car appears after a couple weeks now to be running more efficiently and better than before. Thankful for the great service.

Service street is the best for repairs and very honest . They are so friendly and have great communication I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else !!

Service Street on Hess Rd was the best. They explained things in simple terms that even this lady with no knowledge of cars could instant. I’ll definitely be back when car needs any work.

Fantastic service and fantastic people. I was driving to Denver after work when a problem started with my car that I wasn’t able to troubleshoot myself. They have an after hours key drop off and a form to fill out. After leaving my car there they called me pretty soon after opening having fixed the problem. This was my first time going there but I’ll be sure to return if something pops up and I’ll let my friends and family know that there is a shop out there looking out for them. They were very transparent and honest!

They were able to replace both of my headlights within hours of my initial call/inquiry. They were very up front with how much everything would cost and why before they started any work. I think it took a little longer than they expected but they still charged me the exact amount they explained before they started. I’m very impressed and feel very taken care of.

I took my car in for an oil change and several issues were identified that I wasn't aware of. The front office clearly communicated what needed to be taken care of today. Nathan, the Service Texhnician,did all the repairs, got the rodent nest removed and fine tuned the engine. It's running better than ever!
