Wonderful

They work with you to fix your vehicle. My van was in bad shape the bottom was all rusted out. It was a used vehicle. But now it's all brand new. But I could not pay all at once they work with a company that you are able to make payments to and they fix your vehicle now.

I had an issue with my vehicle, i called and talked to Nick he was very professional very polite and friendly i drop my vehicle off for the shop to go through the whole vehicle, they fixed my issue straight away I would recommend this service center to anyone, and if your new to the area its is where i would recommend taking your vehicle for all your services

Wow!! Above and Beyond Service!!!! I’ve had to take my jeep in for two separate issues in the past month, and I have to say Albert goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s very very good at communicating and keeping you in the loop, as well as explaining things in great detail. He even showed up early for his shift because he knew I was coming in and wanted to speak with me in person to give me a break down of what was needed on my vehicle. Give this man a raise because truly he’s helped me out so much with my vehicle. Michelle was also very very helpful and was able to walk me through some things for the next time I brought my car in. Thank you so much! This is my go to spot now in Parker and I will be a returning customer. Thank you guys again.

I had a great experience with the staff at service street! They took time to talk it out with me yesterday over the phone. Today I got there and they pulled me right into a bay. Sam Taylor took time to understand what the issue was and went right to work. I was in and out in less than hour! Thank you for restoring faith in having a good local shop!

I had seen both good and bad reviews. Idecided to try Service Street for an oil change on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. My experience was very good. Waiting room, front office and service bays were neat and clean. Albert was pleasant and professional.I mentioned I was going to need tires in near future. Albert provided me with a few options and what price would be out the door. I found the price of there tires very competitive. I was impressed on my first visit and will be going back for tires and service.

This is the MOST HONEST service shop I’ve ever been to. All of the staff is very helpful and will be very straightforward with all information provided. I highly recommend this Service Street location!

I had such a great experience at Service Street thanks to Albert! I originally came in for an oil change on my daughter’s car, and during the inspection, they found that she needed new tires and brakes. Albert was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that there was absolutely no pressure — he explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell or rush me into anything. It’s so refreshing to find someone in the auto service world who truly puts the customer’s needs first. Albert made what could have been a stressful situation so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Service Street, and especially Albert, to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service. We’ll definitely be back!

I came to yall with what I didn't realize was a whopper of a bs tire/rim problem. Not once did yall give up on us when you very easily could have. Thank you for educating us every step of the way, for guiding us through the stress, and joking with us through the whole thing. You have earned our trust and our business from now on. We came to them with what turned out to be the most frustrating and stubborn tire issue on an escalade and they never gave up on us. They not ony took care of several other past due services needed but they took the time t educate and sympathize while giving us the best level of care. We will only use this location moving forward and are happy to call them fam now!

They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle. Unfortunately it needed multiple repairs despite the same repair being Done a couple years prior at another repair shop. They put in the proper parts, they communicated clearly about the entire process and cost! The car appears after a couple weeks now to be running more efficiently and better than before. Thankful for the great service.
