“The reviews are real and glad I trusted them! Grateful to have found Pride Auto in Parker. About as easy to work with as it comes with a level of trust you don't normally get with auto shops. Beyond exceptional service, very fair pricing, and trusted work. Less expensive that 2 other shops I went to for Upper Oil Pan + Struts on my GMC Sierra. I was so happy with the service quality and communication, turn around time, and cost that when I picked up my Sierra, I dropped off my '91 Camaro for them to handle a rear break issue. I held off fixing the camaro as the other shop was quite expensive and I wasn't sure if what I was being told was true. Josh went above and beyond taking care of my "baby". Making sure she was inside protected from the elements :) and proactively repairing additional issues with the front wheel seals. On top of that, I broke my foot while my Camaro was being repaired and their team offered to bring it to my house for me. Saving a bunch of effort and time of trying to figure out how to get it back home. A shop that has earned my trust and business for as long as I'm anywhere near Parker.”
